Downgrade your glibc to 2.3.3-60 or earlier.  Last night's rawhide 
glibc-2.3.3-62 was a disaster, and it broke my dovecot in the same way.
But not before I spent about 1/2 hour trying to get a gdb trace which I 
could never get........
