There are past I-Ds regarding other approaches to submission, but this
appears to be the current proposal on the table.  This draft makes a lot of
references to the "Lemonade Profile" (aka "P-IMAP", simplification
extensions for IMAP, another Internet-Draft), but the LDELIVER extension can
be implemented on its own outside of the P-IMAP context.
