[Dovecot] Plain Authentication - Outlook not working

Hi
I tried re-subscribing and still, I get not emails with kmail.
Outlook appeared to pick the change in Subscription file automatically.
Any other ideas, or should I drop the IMAP connection and re-do it?

I'd guess that it's showing only subscribed folders, and with 0.99 ->
1.0-stable the subscription filename changed from ".subscriptions" to
"subscriptions".
I think these upgrade issues should be listed in one wiki page.. Anyone
want to do it? :)
