You're saying "not anonymous reporter" == "registered user" which is not
true at all. I'm fine with doing stuff via email, and I sometimes even
sign up for bugzilla accounts, but mantis sometimes doesn't even let you
*view* things without logging in via some strange guest account thingie.
It's convoluted.
