[Dovecot] dovecot cannot access the then new created folders by squirrel mail?

Looks like you created the "accounts" as a directory, not as a  
mailbox. I think Squirrelmail asks you which way you want to do it  
(but I haven't used Squirrelmail for a long time, can't remember too  
well). Anyway, this is more of a Squirrelmail user interface issue.
