[Dovecot] Hierarchy separator usage -- and a bijou bug? (was: Prayer, Maildir and Folders whose names begin with ".")

Well, I decided to make it return "invalid mailbox name" error by
default: http://dovecot.org/list/dovecot-cvs/2007-March/008114.html
