[Dovecot] Dovecot support for smd5 and ldap-md5

Working with a dovecot migration, I am curious what version (if any)
of Dovecot (dovecot-auth) supports SMD5 and ldap-MD5 when using
Dovecot -> OpenLDAP direct binding?
