Didn't really look at the rest of your settings, and it's probably a typo, 
but 192.0.0.1 is an odd address to be using. Are you sure you don't want 
192.168.0.1?

(192.0.0.1 doesn't appear to be valid outside of IANA. 192.168.0.0/16 is 
the range that's blocked off for "Private Use". cf. RFC's 3330 and 1918)
