[Dovecot] namespace prefix issue with avelsieve

Avelsieve is correct in generating those prefixes, but Dovecot v1.0
unfortunately doesn't support namespaces in deliver. v1.1 does. So
either you'll have to kludge something or try the v1.1 alphas. I'll
probably release a new alpha tomorrow.
