[Dovecot] stupid migration from maildir+ to dbox

Does that mailbox now show up empty? You didn't mention if you deleted
also dovecot.index file? If you delete dovecot.index* and dbox.index, it
should rebuild the entire dbox from the files it finds in the mailbox.
