Sorry my wrong.
However I've corrected my settings:
quota = maildir:storage=51200
for 50M limit.
I've the same problem.
Some accounts doesn't receive mail because they have passed quota
limit, some other accounts continue to receive despite they have
passed quota limit.
I don't know why.
