What about with deliver -d user -m shared.testusr.test1.test2.test3 ?

That path doesn't look right. I'd think it should
be /home/testusr/Maildir/.test1.test2.test3/dovecot-acl? If you set
auth_debug=yes, what does it log when doing that user lookup? I can't
reproduce this..
Also what do you have in protocol lda {} section? Unfortunately dovecot
-n still doesn't show that..
