For the duplicates , when an email is flagged , am working on a script that will remove the duplicates.

Am thinking about the following files:
dovecot.index
dovecot.index.cache
dovecot.index.log
maildirsize
subscriptions
dovecot-uidlist

Will they affect the restore process ??
