For one, it isn't called 'deliver' anymore, but rather 'dovecot-lda'. On 
the other hand, the tried_default_save global variable is not used 
anymore in the v0.2.0 Sieve plugin (its in a context struct now) , which 
means that the sieve plugin you're using is probably an old one.
