[Dovecot] \NoSelect on missing folders in LIST

This is a bit problematic when you have prefix="INBOX." namespace. There
if you access "INBOX.INBOX", its internal storage name is "INBOX". And
INBOX's internal storage name is also "INBOX". So in some parts of the
code they are treated as if they were both the same mailbox.

Maybe I can get this fixed for v2.2.
