Uh. This is wrong, you only exclude .EXPUNGED/* now

You should use:

fts_autoindex_exclude = \Junk
fts_autoindex_exclude2 = \Trash
fts_autoindex_exclude3 = .EXPUNGED
fts_autoindex_exclude4 = .EXPUNGED/*
