[Dovecot] About create mailbox by dovecot

Hi, I am a beginner of Dovecot. Actually I have just used yum install dovecot in my red hat linux host server. Could anyone tell me how can I start to use the dovecot to create a mailbox in my domain name. It seems there are lots of documents in the homepage of dovecot, but I do not know which one is the one specifically start to create mailbox. Thanks
