Hello, This solution don't work for me (in Rocky Linux 8 and 9). Do you know other solutions? Or maybe an additional step is necessary?

The issue was in the systemd service file. The option PrivateDevices was setted. It prevents the service to have access to physical devices. I removed this option and from there, quota is reported without errors.

Maybe SELinux is preventing access?

Thanks for your idea, but not, i already tried.
Additional information: in my case, mail folders are mounted via nfs, but the same spool, mounted in older dovecot (without systemd) works fine.
