dovecot-lda does not do it. you need external software to implement the mailing list. I believe both postfix and exim can do that.

IN your mail software ou should have a way to lookup the group address that returns the list of members. In postfix, this is virtual_alias_maps.

For example: virtual_alias_maps = proxy:mysql:$config_directory/mysql_virtual_alias_maps.cf

You would need your MTA to e able to look up your list in AD and return all the emails that list maps to.
