[Dovecot] Ordering mailboxes

Where did you get these names? Dovecot uses '.' instead of '/' as
separator and it doesn't support showing mailboxes under INBOX. In CVS
both are possible though.

I think the explanation is simply..

.. that you're still running bincimap in your Debian server :)
