[Dovecot] index file corruption

Sorry for this late answer.

My first try was with the OpenBSD's port, patchs were applied.
Without patchs and newer dovecot version, i can't see any differences
about the index related problem.
I've failed to apply all OpenBSD's patch to dovecot 0.99.10.4,
so i didn't applied any.
