[Dovecot] Index(?) problem under OpenBSD

Sorry, should have mentioned that the patch provided moves the port 
from:

-DISTNAME=	dovecot-0.99.14
+DISTNAME=	dovecot-1.0-test66

Which doesn't match my version anyhow... :(
