[Dovecot] Help, problems with permissions

It looks as though cur/new/tmp are owned by user dovecot, rather than
the user whose mail it is.  In my (similar, prolly) setup, maildirs are
owned by their owners.  Dovecot is executed as the user reading the
mail.
