[Dovecot] imap-dovecot accept only from localhost

It does it by default, unless you have changed imap_listen (or "listen"
in 1.0-tests) settings.

Is the problem that Dovecot doesn't answer at all (firewall problem
maybe) or that it doesn't let users to log in (see
disable_plaintext_auth)?
