[Dovecot] removing (hopefully) unneeded access to $HOME

To answer my own question, I created an alternative passwd file,
/etc/passwd.dovecot, which declared a junk directory as $HOME. Then, I set the
default_mail_env to /home/%u instead of $h, so it calls the *real*
home-directory directly when needed.
