Shouldn't be too difficult, but I don't think there's much point since
it probably won't work in next 2.3 snapshot anymore..

His suggestion was to instead implement SASL interface via struct like
it's done for Postfix's dictionaries. Not a bad idea but I don't really
see how it really helps, as Postfix itself doesn't support dynamically
loadable modules. Debian adds that as an external patch. So even if I
did that change (I think I did it almost completely) Postfix would
still require patching to work with Dovecot, just a bit less.
Maybe I should talk to him more to see if he has some more plans which
wouldn't require patching. Some day, when I again get inspired to
update that code. :)
