[Dovecot] maildir create problem

mkdir() creates only the last directory in the path, so it doesn't even 
try to create domain.nl or domain.nl/info. Newer Dovecots (1.0-tests at 
least) create the whole directory structure themselves if it's not 
found. So, either upgrade or create the missing directories manually..
