[Dovecot] dovecot deliver question

They should basically be the same. Hopefully at some point they will be
exactly the same.

Probably means you had different settings for Dovecot in general than
for deliver. Deliver currently uses its own dovecot-deliver.conf file
where you must have the same lock settings etc. This will change once I
get the new master/config process code working.
