Actually nowadays in 1.0-test releases it's not random. It'll be 
searched in the same order as they're defined (or should be anyway).

What problems are there if trying to use it? Does it even try to 
connect to the other database? And you just defined two passdb/userdb 
blocks with different args I guess?
