[Dovecot] I'm a Fool

Hey All,
Having issues with 2 Accounts who can't receive mail but can send mail and 
read it sucessfully by internal or external email accounts.

Any ideas what to do?
Commands, Tricks, Tips, Permissions, Files etc etc?
