[Dovecot] Still weird UID ordering issues with maildir

I saw this with 1.0a1 but never see it with 1.0t51.  Server on Solaris 
8, Maildir on NFS from a NetAppliance, Indexs on local UFS.  Client is 
Thunderbird on OS/X - but I saw this ever after removing all the indexes 
and setting Thunderbird to use only 1 IMAP connection.
