[Dovecot] index file vs. memory

No, it was paging madly, the box has only 64 MB physical RAM, so it has no 
choice but to start trashing if a process grows like this.

In "test2" the RSS is 25 MB, which is about the maximum a single process 
can get, there's always a bit cached and buffered, besides the other 
processes.
