[Dovecot] LIST returning INBOX.INBOX

With rc2, the LIST command is returning both INBOX and INBOX.INBOX when using the following namespace setting...

namespace private {
  separator = .
  prefix = INBOX.
  inbox = yes
  location = maildir:%h:INDEX=/var/index/%h
}

This patch fixed it for us:
