[Dovecot] Problem starting the daemon...

[Hostmaster]

I have successfully run dovecot on three out of four of the servers I use.
They all run Fedora Core 2 or 4. But when I installed dovecot on a Mandrake
server I have using urpmi, I can't start dovecot there. I get:

imap-login: Jul 25 07:36:22 Fatal: setuid(77) failed: Resource temporarily
unavailable
dovecot: Jul 25 07:36:22 Error: Login process died too early - shutting down
dovecot: Jul 25 07:36:22 Error: child 1829 (login) returned error 89
imap-login: Jul 25 07:36:22 Fatal: setuid(77) failed: Resource temporarily
unavailable

Any help is appreciated...
