[Dovecot] Maildir + NFS + multiple machines = spectacular failure

With concurrent operations on the same GFS filesystem across multiple
machines, it happens all day long.

I've yet to see any evidence of corruption, so I'm not particularly
concerned.

I'm not sure what changed between beta7 release and the last snapshot, but
it's SO much happier... at least on GFS.
