Hi
dovecot 0.99 (from fc4)
/etc/dovecot.conf
client_workarounds = outlook-pop3-no-nuls
request
USER <Username>
response
+OK \r \n \0x00
It seems that after getting zero byte OE 6.00.2600.2100
doesn't want to send password
request
PASS \r \n
and of course authentication fails.
What is a reason to send zero byte in pop protocol at all?
