[Dovecot] duplicate emails

I have seen this occaisionally too.  I cannot make it happen.  I'm 
running version dovecot-1.0-0.beta8.2.fc5 on my FC5 box.  The client 
is Pegasus Mail 4.41 running on Windows XP.  I have Popfile and Avast 
in between and I am retrieving the mail from the POP3S.
