[Dovecot] unknown namespace with Mac OS client

So it's not issuing even a LIST command, which means it has cached those
mailbox locations earlier, which means it probably also has then seen
those '/' character in the separators..

I'd guess that if you recreated the account it would work, or at least
issue the LIST command. :)
