[Dovecot] installing plugin (autocreate_plugin.c)

Put it in the lib/dovecot/imap/ directory. It doesn't have to have  
libXX_ prefix, those are used to figure out the order in which the  
plugins are loaded, but it shouldn't matter when autocreate is run. So  
just add "autocreate" to mail_plugins setting.
