[Dovecot] (1.0.13) fsync failed: Disk quota exceeded for some accounts

I'm not sure, but I think quota:fs enables quota support for dovecot, and 
tells how it has to handle it. imap_quota enable the IMAP4 Quota extension. 
So, in the real world you need both.

And it can't handle per user exceptions?
