Ok, I found the problem. It's the script /usr/local/etc/rc.d/dovecot.
It makes a "/usr/bin/install -o root -g dovecot -m 0750 -d ${base}/login" before starting, so, Dovecot corrects it immediately after.

I use dovecot-auth user for connections (and not odvecot user). So, this is the problem.
