[Dovecot] dovecot 1.2.alpha1 quota dict driver mysql broken

Like I said, see doc/dovecot-dict-sql-example.conf. The old style  
configuration doesn't work anymore in v1.2. The new style allows more  
logical and efficient SQL tables.
