[Dovecot] Dovecot on Mac - Entourage cannot fetch emails

I looked at the rawlog output.  The dovecot server is doing fine.  It is
responding normally to the FETCH commands, but after a few batch fetches,
the Entourage server closes connection.

I switched to Mail.app for the time being, and it is working great.

I assume that both the problems reported above are due to IMAP impl issues
on Entourage.
