No, this doesn't work but I wnat to do).
I "simulate" that with nnimap-split-rules in gnus (which works okay, but
I think it would be nicer to do it by sieve-scripts).

Yes and this works too.

That's right, it's a CommuniGate Pro(fessionell?-) server, which doesn't
support sieve.
