[Dovecot] Global ACL configuration problems: mailboxes not visible , set ACLs not honoured

No, but I don't think it's a good idea to change the behavior anymore
since existing installations could depend on it. I added this fix to
v2.0 code tree.

Are you using "owner" rights in there? Public mailboxes don't have an
owner. "authenticated" is probably what you mean there.
