[Dovecot] Converting layouts, was Re: LAYOUT=maildir++ under mbox?

   This is only tangentially related, please forgive me for that, but is 
there any automated way to convert an existing hierarchy of 
'.'-separated folders to a LAYOUT=fs configuration?
