Multiple mirrors (seems like you have plenty of offers) preferrably is multi
geographical regions, using DNS round robin with TTL 0  on www and ftp , I
wouldnt bother with the wiki mirroring though. However you could run 3600
seconds on it, should you need to bring it back elsewhere in a hurry.
