[Dovecot] Dovecot 2.0.15 quota configuration with mbox

quota = dirsize:User quota:ns=INBOX/

This limits the quota only to mailboxes in INBOX/ namespace.

Quota rules don't work in this way. There are no per-mailbox quotas
really, at least in the way you're thinking about.
