[Dovecot] dovecot-sql.conf - Unknown setting: driver

Turns out that I had 2 files (from my lack of understanding
months ago):
- dovecot-sql.conf
- dovecot-sql.conf.ext

I got rid of the dovecot-sql.conf and fixed the path to the
dovecot-sql.conf.ext and that fixed it.
