[Dovecot] LDA/LMTP - saving to INBOX fallback on tempfail?

Ok.  Wasn't sure.  I've seen my filter rules screw up, and not have a
mailbox, or bad perms on the mailbox, and those went to INBOX, and if
that continued to happen, I'm fine with that too.
